CANCELLATION POLICY

To Book Book your appointment in advance. A $20 dollar non-refundable deposit will be required at the time of booking. This non-refundable deposit secures your appointment and will go toward your service the day of. With no deposit in place, your appointment is not reserved. If given 48 hr notice I will allow you to move this once only. Confirmation Text 24 hours prior to your appointment, you will receive a reminder text/dm. If you do not confirm, your appointment will be cancelled and the cancellation policy will apply. Cancellation Policy If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, it is important to do so no later than 48 hours prior. This respectfully gives me a chance to fit someone else in. Failure to give 48 hour notice (as well as no shows) will result in forfeiting your deposit. If your appointment is rescheduled within the 48 hour window, your deposit will be transferable. Same day cancellations & no shows: 50% of the appointment will be due, otherwise you will not be booked in again. Late Policy A 10 minute grace period will be honored if you are running late to your appointment. After 10 minutes, your appointment may need to be rescheduled and the cancellation policy will apply. No Additional Guests For liability purposes and to optimize your experience, I ask that you please do not bring extra people / children / pets to your appointment. Payment Methods Cash Before your appointment No excessive sun exposure/sunbeds for at least 2 weeks before & after your facial. Please stop the use of any active ingredients such as exfoliants/AHA/BHA/retinoids one week prior to the appointment Please come in with no makeup on.
